Welcome to the Department of Washington, Marine Corps League website. What is the Marine Corps League? Who are the people that make up the Department of Washington? Hopefully this site will help to answer those two questions. Briefly, the Marine Corps League is made up of former, retired and active duty Marines and FMF Corpsmen. The requirements to join are simple, you must have, or are currently, serving honorably for more than 90 days as a Marine or must be an FMF Corpsman. The Department of Washington, MCL was created 62 years ago in the Seattle, WA area and has grown to eighteen detachments throught the state of Washington. This site was just started on 2 July 09 so please be patient as it undergoes construction to better introduce you to the Department of Washington, Marine Corps League.
