DD-214's
During the Fall Staff Meeting it was suggested that if you have concerns about a DD-214 being presented by an individual seeking membership in the MCL you can obtain a copy within just a couple of months (according to the person speaking at our meeting) by going to www.vetrecs.archives.gov and filling out a Standard Form (SF) 180 and downloading it, filling it out and sending it to the Naval Personnel Records Center in St. Louis, Missouri. Your web master has not used the cite but the individual speaking was knowledgable about the site so it is being provided here from your investigation and potential use.
